Insurance & Payment

We work with many major vision and medical insurance plans. Not sure if we take yours? Give us a call at 765-966-0583 and we’ll help you sort it out before your visit. We’ll also let you know what to bring so your coverage is applied correctly.

Eye Health Education

  • Get a yearly exam — many eye conditions have no early symptoms.
  • Protect against UV — wear sunglasses that block UVA and UVB.
  • Rest your eyes — follow the 20-20-20 rule during screen time (every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds).
  • Eat for your eyes — leafy greens, fish, and colorful vegetables support eye health.
  • Know your family history — many eye diseases run in families.
